This Privacy Policy explains how Agile Tech, UAB ("we", "us"), a private limited company registered in Lithuania (company code 304691080, Ukmergฤ—s g. 364-49, LT-14188 Vilnius, Lithuania), processes personal data when you visit wifixtraboostofficial.com (the "Site"), use its contact form or e-mail us. The Site is our website for WIFI XtraBoost. We are the controller (the company responsible) for this processing. You can contact us at support@techfibrr.com. You can change your cookie choice at any time with this link: Privacy choices.

1. What data we process and why

Technical logs. Every request to the Site is logged in the content delivery network of our hosting provider, Amazon Web Services: your IP address, browser information, the web address requested, the page you came from (including any advertising click identifiers, such as gclid, in these addresses) and the time. We use this data to deliver the Site, and the logs to secure it and to keep the record of your cookie choice. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running and securing the Site (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your cookie choice. Our cookie notice asks whether you accept Google's advertising cookies (Section 2). We store your choice in a cookie (wxbus_consent) and keep a record of it (date and time, IP address and the choice made). Legal basis: our legitimate interest in respecting your choice and being able to prove it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Advertising cookies (only with your consent). If you accept, Google's advertising tags are loaded on our pages. Google then receives your IP address, browser information, the page address and the identifiers in its cookies, and uses them to measure our advertising, to personalise advertising and for analytics. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time (Section 2).

Fonts. The Site's fonts are loaded from Google's servers (Google Fonts), and Google receives your IP address and browser information when they load. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in showing the Site in its intended design (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Shop links. The links to buy the product take you to our online shop, www.techfibrr.com, and carry only a product code, a language code and a marker showing that you came from the Site; they carry no personal data. Our shop's own privacy policy applies there.

Messages to us. If you write to us by e-mail or through the form on our Contact page, we process your name, e-mail address, subject, message and our replies in order to answer you. The form sends your message through Google Forms, which stores it in our Google Forms account. The form is also protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks that messages come from people and not from programs; for this, Google receives your IP address and browser information when the Contact page loads, even if you do not use the form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); a contract with you, where your message concerns an order (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); or a legal obligation, where the law requires us to act on your message or to keep records (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR). For the reCAPTCHA check: our legitimate interest in keeping spam and automated messages out of the form (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Your choice in the cookie notice controls only Google's advertising tags and cookies. The technical logs, the fonts and the contact form do not depend on it.

2. The cookie notice

Google's advertising tags are not loaded until you click "Accept" in the cookie notice. If you click "Decline" or make no choice (the notice disappears by itself after 30 seconds), they are not loaded. If you accept, Google sets cookies on our domain, for example _gcl_au, and on its own domains; Google describes its cookies at policies.google.com/technologies/cookies and its use of data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time with this link: Privacy choices. It shows the cookie notice again; click "Decline" to withdraw. Google's tags are then told that you declined, Google's advertising cookies on our domain are deleted, and the tags are not loaded again. If you close the notice without clicking either button, your earlier choice stays. Withdrawing does not make the processing before it unlawful.

3. Who receives data and where

  • Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg, and Amazon Web Services, Inc., USA): hosting, content delivery and logs. Processor.
  • The providers of our customer-service systems (USA): e-mails you send us. Processors.
  • Google (Google Ireland Limited, Ireland, and Google LLC, USA): the contact form, where Google Forms stores your message for us; the reCAPTCHA check and the fonts, where Google receives your IP address and browser information, and its further use of them is Google's own responsibility under its privacy policy; and, only if you accept, advertising cookies. For the advertising cookies, Google and we are jointly responsible for collecting the data on our pages and sending it to Google (Article 26 GDPR); you can exercise your rights with either of us, and what Google does with the data afterwards is its own responsibility.
  • Public authorities and courts, where the law requires us to disclose data.

Our hosting and logs are in the USA, and Google may process the data it receives in the USA. Amazon Web Services, Inc. and Google LLC are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, which the European Commission and the United Kingdom recognise as providing adequate protection. For the providers of our customer-service systems we rely on the Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, with the UK Addendum for transfers from the United Kingdom; you can ask us for a copy of them.

Under the GDPR (and the UK GDPR if you are in the United Kingdom) you have the right to ask us for access to your personal data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict its processing and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw your consent to cookies at any time (Section 2). To exercise your rights, e-mail support@techfibrr.com. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live: in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI); in the United Kingdom, the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). You do not have to provide personal data, but your browser sends technical data such as your IP address automatically, and the Site cannot be shown without it.

You have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to processing of your personal data based on our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where we use your data for advertising purposes, you can object at any time without giving reasons. To object, e-mail support@techfibrr.com.
